Q: Why are they FREE?
A: Selling advertising to local professionals in your area covers all the expenses incurred in creating these folders. There are no additional costs to you whatsoever. We even pay for the shipping and handling.
Q: What is my involvement?
A: We will ask you to provide us with a list of companies you and your agents deal with on a regular basis. This referral list is very important. Once contacted, some of these companies may wish to confirm the project with you prior to committing to us. We have found the most successful projects are those where the broker/owner either involves him/herself personally or assigns an individual to reply to the occasional call from a local professional that we
have contacted.
Q: Why should I provide referrals?
A: You know the local professionals. You know who will provide quality service to your clients. Our goal is to provide you with a service that will be beneficial to all parties involved.
The companies featured in the folder will benefit from the exposure the folders will provide. Featured businesses can provide valuable services to your clients. Leads that you provide
will have the first opportunity to participate in your project.
Q: How will you treat my referrals?
A: Companies will be treated with respect and courtesy. In our experience we have found that the companies you refer appreciate being thought of. Even when they chose not to participate in the folders they will ask us to thank you for thinking of them. Our goal is to provide repeat business to your office and to the local professionals and this can only be achieved with respect and honesty.
Q: What about my in-houses?
A: We understand that some real estate companies own or are affiliated with mortgage, title or insurance companies for example. Talk to us about the situation so that we can come up with a suitable arrangement that best suits your needs.
Q: What is the process to receive my FREE custom folders?
A: Call, fax or email us to register your office for the program. Complete and fax back a referral list. We will then contact you to determine when to schedule your office. Once scheduled a representative will fly out to your area for one week. He will meet with you, show you samples and help you create distinctive custom presentation folders. A representative located at our head office will contact the local professionals. Interested companies will then meet with the professional on-site representative. Our experienced sales professionals conduct all sales.
Q: Folder dimensions & specifications?
A: Folders are letter size (9" X 12") or legal size (9" X 14.5"), printed on 12 pt paper, laminated with your choice of a glossy or matte finish.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Eight weeks after all the proofs have been approved.
Q: Can I purchase folders with NO ads?
A: Yes, customized folders can be designed and purchased with NO advertisers featured inside. Email or call for prices.
