	3. To solicit the advertisers that will be featured in the folder.
	Company Agrees:
	1. To supply Gaba design Inc. with a list of preferred sponsors.
	2. To allow company's name to be used when approaching sponsors.
	3. To distribute the folders through its office.
	4. To promote whenever possible the sponsors.
